The Mortgage Works extends its rate switch window
From today (Thursday 16 February), The Mortgage Works (TMW) is increasing the window in which existing borrowers can switch to a new deal from six weeks to 13 weeks.

Product Update: Mortgages
Following the 0.50% increase in the Bank of England Bank Rate on Thursday 2 February, mortgage members who are on Nationwide’s Base Mortgage Rate (BMR)1 and Standard Mortgage Rate (SMR)2 products will see a rise of 0.50%.
