The new buy-to-let rates include:
- Two-year fixed at 6.09% with a £1,495 fee, available up to 65% LTV (reduced by 0.10%)
- Three-year fixed at 5.89% with a £1,495 fee, available up to 65% LTV (reduced by 0.10%)
- Five-year fixed at 5.49% with a £1,495 fee, available up to 65% LTV (reduced by 0.15%)
