The new buy-to-let rates include:
- Two-year fixed at 5.04% with a £1,495 fee, available up to 65% LTV (reduced by 0.10%)
- Three-year fixed at 4.24% with a 3% fee, available up to 65% LTV (reduced by 0.25%)
Other rate/fee combinations are also available on TMW’s switcher products.
